We will arrange for the delivery of your order within 2 working days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Tracking your order

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping/delivery times confirmation email. It will include a tracking number, and link to track your order. If for some reason, you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender list. You can track your order anytime at using the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email. 

Support if you don’t receive an order

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier/postal service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.  Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Therefore we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
