Leather Thickness Guide

Leather thickness guide

Please keep in mind that there are variances to the leather thickness . As such the thickness is usually given as a range.  A typical range for example would be 0.6 – 0.8 mm or 1.2- 1.4 mm and so on.

In reality this slight variation of the leather thickness should not affect the outcome of your craft project.

We always recommend beginners to use leather scraps when starting out. They are great for small projects and will allow you to experiment with different leather thicknesses.
